Alright everyone! I’ve spent a lot of time doing these (so please do not change or delete the source or photoshop links out etc and replace it with your links…not cool) but wanted to have them all readily available in one place for all of you. This is ONLY THE BEGINNER SQUAT CHALLENGE…I will post the original squateggedon in one set too as I’ve made all the challenges for the entire year for that as well. Print them out and stick them up on your wall, and get squatting for that strong booty! xD Have fun! Squat deep and enjoy!
Also I will be doing a competition/give away at the end of the year. Top 5 best booty transformations of the year will win a whole bunch of amazing fitness goodies as well as some brand new TIA Apparel. You’ll be required to take 1 picture at the beginning and end of each challenge for the entire year. YOU MUST DO ALL THE CHALLENGES FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR OR YOUR ENTRY WON’T BE VALID.
So, if you would like to enter, send me an email with your Name, blog link (if you have one), age, email or other ways of contact and title the subject as “Squateggedon Comp Entry”. I’ll then email all those who have entered at the beginning of november for your transformation submissions and the winner will be announced beginning of December.
I’ll also be making a squateggedon collage every six months, so if you want to be included and have your progress/transformation included, just send your before and after to my email (link below). Note that all those who enter in the squateggedon transformation of the year comp, will automatically be put into Decembers collage too.
If you have any questions in regards to the challenge, just use the provided links below.
You will be able to find ALL of my past and current fitness/squat challenges HERE.
And This Is Why You Shouldn’t Get Sick In America
Many believe that the US healthcare system is the best in the world. Not so according to the World Health Organization’s ranking of the world’s health systems. The US doesn’t even rank in the top 25. It ranks 37th and is the most expensive in the world. I would argue that even if we had the best healthcare system in the world, what good is it, if no one can afford to access it.
Most companies are buying 60/40-policys for their employees these days, but even if you are lucky enough to have good insurance with 80/20-policy coverage, that 20 percent your responsible for can drive you right into bankruptcy as easily as the 60-40 policy given the cost of healthcare.
Insurance cost have been going up dramatically in the last two decades, long before the new Affordable Healthcare Act has taken affect, in some cases as much as 35% per year.
But have you noticed the latest trick the insurance companies have roll out?
Yes, Higher Deductible… most averaging $5,000 per year, per person, but I have seen some as high as $10,000 per year. For those of you that are wondering, this tactic is specifically designed too stop you from using your insurance. It reduces the insurance companies out of pocket liability by shift costs onto consumers, especially those dealing with chronic illness such as diabetes and arthritis. Consequently, because consumers can’t afford the deductible they will avoid necessary care to save money.
Although insurance companies are a problem, the real crook is the healthcare system it self. A corrupt and bloated system desperately in need of reform!
OKAY SO I KNEW THAT TECHNICALLY IN AMERICA THAT YOU PAY FOR HEALTHCARE BUT LIKE THE IDEA IS SO BIZARRE TO ME THAT I’D NEVER CONSIDERED THAT YOU’D GET… A BILL?????? FOR BEING…. ILL?????????? I LITERALLY DON’T
In England everything’s free and if your child gets killed on a school trip they give you like £200,000 and apologise profusely
This is why I am terrified to get my hospital bills from surgery. Like true fear.
AND The fact that the recent health care laws to make things ‘better’ made my insurance deductible go from $200 to $1000.
never been happier to be canadian. wonder what my gallbladder surgery would have cost me if i was american?
MLK died for equality, right? Then why are black people always trying to separate themselves from us?? They have such an issue with us twerking, rapping and wearing certain hairstyles, which is stupid. They don’t own anything like we don’t own anything. I also don’t understand why they get a whole month but everyone else doesn’t. Where’s the equality?
The sad fact is that 41% of New York City babies are aborted.
The chilling fact is that 59.8% of black New York City babies are aborted.
Only FOUR out of TEN black children make it outside of the womb in New York City.
We must stop the industrialized killing of our unborn children. What legacy will you leave?
The sad fact is that each night, more than 21,000 children are homeless in NYC.
The number of people sleeping in shelters has grown 60 percent in the past decade.
Families make up 3/4ths of the homeless population.
53% of the homeless in shelters are black, 32% are Latino.
65.5 percent of high school seniors graduate in NYC.
There are currently 12,568 children in foster care in NYC.
In 2011, there were over 90,000 separate reports of abuse/neglect in NYC.
There are 131 children in secure detention. 112 in non-secure detention.
There are more than 108,000 children in NYC who have a parent that is incarcerated. More than 73 percent of women who are incarcerated have a child under the age of 18.
But go ahead and try to explain how you care about children. Just try to justify how you can ignore all of these children, for a fetus.
Forcing people to stay pregnant does nothing for children. Advocate for better sex education. Fight to help PoC who find themselves with unwanted pregnancies. Don’t ignore the fact that nearly 90 percent of pregnancies that end in abortion for PoC were unplanned, use this information to help them.
My legacy is one of respect, understanding, education, and compassion. You’ll catch on eventually.
That rebuttal is the best thing I’ve read all week.
